Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant duties include:

Preparation of financial statements for a variety of entities.

Journal entries

Accounts payable

Accounts receivable

Billings

Bank reconciliations

Payroll

Month-end close

General administrative duties include assisting with:


Answering phones

Filing

Ordering supplies

Maintaining the culture of the company and office

Requirements:

Highest level of honesty and integrity

Stable job record

A minimum of 5-10 years full-charge bookkeeping experience

QuickBooks experience

Ability to multi-task

Timely and accurate

Positive attitude

Team player

Attention to detail

Excellent written and communication skills

Positive and professional attitude
